I can not believe it!

I weighed myself today and I am 9 stone 6. If I lose another pound I am a stone lighter than my highest weight. What the hell! I never thought I was that big but now I think I must have been huge. A stone is a lot to lose. I can’t believe it. I am so proud of myself right now. Hopefully I don’t gain any weight.
